• Various code changes related to App-specific additional options. These should not have any user-facing effects, but make the code more maintainable and expandable going forward.

For some reason, version detection occasionally fails in the background (most likely an issue with the plugin used), resulting in incorrect version detection - see #146. This update adds a check that catches the error and ignores version detection results if it occurs.

Very minor logging/message string fixes.

• Changes to App versions that happen outside of Obtainium are now picked up inside the App, for most Apps that use common formats in their version names (#136).
• Download notifications now have progress bars
• Re-added the "please wait" string on the Apps list that was accidentally removed in a previous release.

• Fixes LateInitializationError during background update checking (#139)

• Enhanced App version detection only works with Apps that conform to the xx.yy.zz standard for now. Previous extended support resulted in bugs.
