Fixes for Linux mobile devices.

The new version introduces the tracking service running in foreground/background. Now on the Android platform, the tracker continues to record your ride even when the app is in the background or suspended.

• Unfortunately hill shading service from wmflabs.org is no longer available. So the default setup has been removed.

  Map version is increased from 22 to 23. So any existing map downloaded with the previous release have to be downloaded again. If you don't want to rollback to the previous release, then the old maps can be purged.
