Angular 7 support #428

Final fix for the bug where items dragged out of an iframe by either a resize action or a drag action would break by sticking to the cursor. Please do not use versions 6.0.7 - 6.0.9 on npm, they were not published properly.

Rolled back a pull request that caused issues with setGridSize

Fixed typo in last release that rendered the Iframe bug fix useless. Also added same bug fix for resizing items (original fix was just for draging items).
