Infracost VS Code Extension v0.2.23

This release delivers substantial performance enhancements and streamlines the Infracost VS Code extension for a more responsive and focused user experience.

Enhancements

• Dependency Reduction: The Terraform VS Code extension dependency has been removed. Code lenses are now embedded natively, promoting faster and more reliable cost estimate displays.
• Experimental Graph Evaluator Adoption: The extension now utilizes Infracost's experimental graph evaluator, leading to significantly faster project evaluation, especially for large or complex Terraform configurations.

The graph evaluator remains an experimental feature. If you experience problems with this release, please open an issue to make us aware. We highly value your feedback to help us continue to improve Infracost's performance and stability.
