Ubuntu hosts will now get python-3 as suggested by @acrom18 .
@tlc suggests to use bootstrap_raw_packages: "{{ ansible_python_interpreter | basename }}-minimal"
. That may be a good solution, I'm investigating.

A few (read: almost all) cleanups were forgotten in 3.0.0. This release cleans up the role further.
