• form-control class is now automatically added even when using input specific methods like FormHelper::text(), FormHelper::select() etc.
• btn-default class is now automatically added when generating buttons using FormHelper::button().

• Fix issue where cells were rendered with BootstrapUI's default layout.

• Widget classes were cleanup up and they no longer modify the templates. CheckboxWidget has been deprecated as it's no longer needed.
