V1.2 (12/19/2013) -- Minor release, not mandatory

• Added Dedicated Seed node, pointing to known super nodes.
• Changed the number of IRC channels from 1 to 50. This means as more people adopt this release, the syncing problems will be less of an issue.
• Fixed a bug that only allowed the maximum send of 84,000,000 coins at once, for you dogeillionaries out there.
