New Package Manager implemented.
OpenRPA has now been split up to multiple packages that can be installed/uninstalled and upgraded separately.

The default package will install all addons except image recognition and OCR, but you can also manually pick and choose whatever you want.
The robot will check for updates to the updater and its base package automatically. The updater will always check for updates but let you decide what you want installed and/or upgraded.

Uncompressed and MotionJpeg just works, for "harder" compression the only codec which looks to work reliably in 64 bits is https://sourceforge.net/projects/x264vfw/files/x264vfw64/.
It is recommended to check option Zero Latency in its settings to prevent picture freezes.
