VERY EARLY test release.
Works (for the most part) in its current state, though it is very limited.
Steam must be open in order for it to be able to locate Portal's addon folder.
The program re-scans for the custom folder each time it is launched.
Currently you cannot download addons with the software, you must download and install them manually first.
