Largish update containing bug fixes and improvements in the codebase. This update can potentially break plugins, as Rest has been modified, and some "hack" prevention code regarding buffs was removed.

Various new features and bugfixes.

This update fixes issues for Mono users, as well as SSC.

Supports Terraria 1.2.4.1 and 1.2.4. This also includes a new system for projectile bans.

Fixes exploits

• Doors were able to be opened everywhere, even when a door was not present resulting in doors being placed even in protected regions.
• Infinite clear range by clients. Clients could clear all items on the map (pickup items).
• Invalid prefixes would result in glitch items corrupting inventories.
• Clients were able to change the item type of item drops within their range, which could result in obtaining items dishonestly.
