功能增加

• /notes即時便箋：星穹鐵道的內容增加每日實訓、歷戰餘響、模擬宇宙分數
• /schedule排程：星穹鐵道排程檢查項目增加每日實訓，可以設定每天幾點要檢查今天的每日實訓還未完成
• /schedule排程：調整排程即時便箋的檢查閾值的最大範圍，通知的次數在範圍內固定 4 次 (之前是每小時通知一次)
  • 樹脂/開拓力：最大值從 5 小時前改成 8 小時前
  • 洞天寶錢：最大值從 8 小時前改成 24 小時前
• 增加排程管理：排程管理指令 (管理員才能使用) 新增 /排程管理-更改使用者頻道，使用後將當前頻道內所有排程使用者的通知訊息移動到另一個頻道

修正

• 修正使用者指定原神、星鐵排程提醒訊息在不同頻道時，星鐵的訊息仍然會發送到原神的頻道的問題
