TcNo-Acc-Switcher

This new Beta version is available for testing. Please report any and all bugs, as well as steps to recreate them into the Issues, or the #bug-report channel under TCNO ACCOUNT SWITCHER section on the Community Discord.
Completely rewritten into a new language. Looks a lot better, easier to add to and easier to maintain... But it's still rather new. Expect bugs.

Required runtimes (Download and install):

• WebView2 Runtime: Click HERE and install.
• Download both "x64" and "Hosting Bundle": Click HERE. This will install Microsoft .NET 5 Desktop Runtime AND: ASP.NET Core 5.0 Runtime. See below:

Installation:

Just extract the contents of the .zip (or .7z file - no difference, just a smaller download) into a folder you won't move or delete, and run TcNo-Acc-Switcher.exe

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 Runtime: Web Installer, Offline Installer, Other languages
TONS of changes with 3.0! You will need to download this manually if you're updating.
This is a 'portable' program. Simply extract the folder in the .zip, open it and run TcNo Account Switcher.exe.
With plans to support more platforms in the future, it's exciting.

Before uninstalling your old version (2.0): Keep it around for a while. This is the FIRST release on a new language, with tons of new features. Expect it to be glitchy for a while.

Added:

• NEW 3.0.2: Can now create desktop shortcuts to switch accounts.
• 3.0.1: Last 3 (or more) accounts can be swapped to quickly with tray icon
• 3.0.1: Command-line options for launch: +[SteamID] to swap to account, quit to not show GUI after a command, logout to log into new Steam account easily via command line
• Option to no longer show limited accounts as VAC banned
• Copy Steam Profile link.
• Clear userdata folder and more added - With
• Installer. You can now easily install/uninstall, without worrying about file management

Fixed:

• NEW 3.0.2: No longer crashes with empty loginusers.vdf
• NEW 3.0.2: No longer 'clears' loginusers.vdf when crashing mid-switch. Now uses a temp file, and replaces when done.
• NEW 3.0.2: No longer need to close TcNo Account Switcher to switch accounts from Tray/Shortcut
• Shortcut creating each time settings window opened.

The Windows Tray icon has arrived! Enable the Start Menu shortcut or Start with Windows options in settings to get access to it.
Right-click the icon to open/close TcNo Account Switcher at any time. Keep it easily accessible when you need it.

2.3.1: Fix: When Start with Windows is enabled, the notification won't pop up every time settings is open.
2.3.2: Fix: Some users crashing when hovering over certain buttons (Mainly Settings and Help on the main menu).

You can now create shortcuts in your Start Menu, on your Desktop and in your startup folder with one click. Easier access to switching accounts

Fixes:
Fixed issue with shortcuts pointing to %temp% instead of its own running directory. A quirk of .NET Core
Unhandled exceptions are now saved into "AccSwitcher-Crashlog.txt" for debugging.
Settings reset if "settings.json" is corrupt.

• Fixed trying to start Account Switcher from a temp folder and failing because it's not there (strange...)
• Now attempts to start the program 3 times, in case it's still being written to on a slow computer

Added ability to clear login history from Steam's files, for those advanced users who need it. Find it in Options, Advanced Cleaning.
Fixed program crashing when loginusers.vdf not found on startup.

The program is now a single file. No more extra .dll files and .json files lying around. There will still be other files created by the program running, so keeping it in its own folder is still suggested. Old, extra files are deleted on launch
Updater is also a single file when extracted for auto-update.
