Should work, but maybe a few errors around.
- Services all work for each program including plexdrive and the others
- Added Apache, MYSQL, PHP, and MYSQL Instructions

Revamped the entire thing. Less docker, less confusion with paths and permissions. Make notes and report any glitches.

For FYI purpose between Version 1 & 3
RClone now syncs and moves data rather than having it mounted as a direct drive.
- Prevents Google Upload Ban
- Prevents Required Restart of Server (Due to Upload Ban)
RClone, YML, and Post YML Instructions have been heavily modified.
Note: Sonnar is the only item working; not couch or radarr
