New features for Operation Shamrock
- Service URL to define the banner data source.
- Styles admin config option.
- JSON: 'banner' renamed 'banner_html' and new 'styling' property.
- Service URL domain added to CSP script src if that module is installed.
- Admin and settings menu links moved to sit under new 'Operation Shamrock' menu item.
Origins Table of Content includes a fix to the 'disable ToC' option on individual nodes.
