Added support for controlling matter-only devices remotely via control

Improvements and bug fixes:

• Bugfix: After several BLE connects/disconnects, the app eventually fails to create any new BLE connections.
• Bugfix: Automation creation was crashing if the added nodes are matter - only nodes.
