Uses GitHub Checks API to annotate specific lines in files.
Now fails when a compilation error is detected.
The action's code is now compiled in a Docker image always containing the latest version of Flutter, and which is retrieved every time the action is executed, so there is no need to publish future new releases.

Maintenance suggestions are now properly added to commit comments.
A bad formatting of comments that sometimes occurred has been fixed.
