WARNING This release had to be built and pushed manually, due to issues with Circle CI 2 not building tags.
This will be fixed as soon as the issue has been identified.

dellhw_exporter - Monitoring contrib added and improved code quality

This release will be unmarked as a pre-release when the build pipeline has been fixed!

A contrib/monitoring/ directory has been added, which contains a Grafana dashboard for virtual disks and a few example Prometheus 2 Alerts.

Thanks to @dhoeld and the company I work at for the dashboard and Prometheus alerts!

The code quality has been improved by adding comments to each function.

Adds -container flag which starts the OMSA services on startup of the exporter
You may need to mount your hosts /lib/modules into the container at /lib/modules for the OMSA services to start.
