Improve binary compilation using Github actions.

• Now Windows binary doesn't need gcc installed to work.

• Seek over torrent files
• Zip support: Zips will be shown as folders and the content will be extracted automatically when the file is opened.
• A very basic web interface to show torrent and folder stats.
