Overview

Update dependencies including major change to use standard OAuth 2.0 oauth2more/credentials package. Major difference is custom field extension is no longer supported. For OAuth 2.0 Resource Owner Password Credentials grant flow, to use an extension, add the extension to the username field as a suffix, e.g. username={e164Number}*{extension}.
