This release adds the list of all the songs in the current playlist to the foot of the display, to make it easier to switch tracks.

Although fetching the track-list isn't horrifically slow I increased the page reload-frequency to avoid excessive loading.

There were some internal changes and cleanups, but they shouldn't be visible externally.

This is our initial release, which is functional enough to be useful to me.

That said there are zero test-cases, and the server is basic both in terms of options/configuration supported (none), and ugly/functional HTML output.
