Summary

• Implement -c, --count option. By default, it has been changed to the specification that the program ends by sending 20 ping.
• ASCII art now repeats indefinitely when you specify a --count option of 20 or more.
• Fixed a bug that the ASCII art display is broken.
• Fixed color output in Windows environment.
