What's Changed

In order to make the development environment setup more flexible, this release will stop generating the docker-compose.db.yml file in favor of a new docker-compose.dev.yml file.
The docker-compose.dev.yml file consistes of all the docker compose services used by the generated server.

i.e. for a project that leverage MongoDB and Kafka plugins, the docker-compose.dev.yml will contain at least two services that will run Kafka components as well as a DB service that will run a MongoDb image.
