Release 1.0.0

First full release that monitors Mastertherm Heat Pumps. This relies on masterthermconnect 2.0.0 a python module that turns the heat pump registers into a normalized dictionary of values.

Key Updates:

• Re-factoring of Heat Pump Sensors with Ability to update some settings based on the Web UI and Room Thermostats
• Remove Entities no longer valid when integration re-loaded
• Climate Entities to control Domestic Hot Water and Room Thermostats
• Better handling of the Mastertherm API being unavailable
• Re-Try login if login fails when Mastertherm API become available.
• Make sure multiple updates happen in sequence as API does not support multiple connections
• Tidy up the Set HP Mode and make editable
• Add Heating/ Cooling Curves and make changable
• Update Translation Feature to new feature from Dec 2022

Add a wait cool down for the coordinator update of 0.5 seconds to stop throttling.

Fix issue with Season Select doing things in reverse.

Fix issues with Season mappings.

Changed the Season pieces, removed season_info and moved everything under season:
season.mode - shows the current mode
season.select - Select season auto, winter or summer
season.winter_temp - The winter temperature (Auto Mode)
season.summer_temp - The summer temperature (Auto mode)
