Fix stupid error preventing connection to hub

On-demand connections in an attempt to better support 2242 hubs

Added support for fanlinc, and scene status via keypadlinc. Alpha support for running on Insteon Hub Pro. Sanitize input of device IDs to support '.' delimeter. Fixed stupid errors :-) that cleared the Hub queue for all devices rather than just the target device. Implement a 'connection watcher' to periodically reset connection to the Hub and prevent control/status from grinding to a halt.

Added experimental support for fanlinc device types. Note that this is currently untested so feedback is appreciated. Fixed an issue preventing status for multiple keys on a single keypadlinc.

Add support for scene status via a keypadlinc. See readme for changes to how scenes are configured!

Fixed issue with enable/disable of Express server

• Support for more device types including switches, scenes, iolinc, leak sensors, and motion sensors
• Significant simplification/consolidation of code and re-write to leverage built-in methods and events provided by home-controller. Express server no longer required, but still available for use.
• Reworked event listener to capture status updates triggered by other devices and group broadcasts, eliminating the need for periodic polling (now disabled by default)
• Consolidated initial status/polling methods to cut Insteon traffic in half

Really fix on/off devices this time

Corrected characteristics for on/off devices - should no longer incorrectly display dimming controls.

Updated to use home-controller allowing for multiple devices
