Names

Package identifiers, Entity Type identifiers, Group names and Role names now all share the same restrictions:

may contain lower- and uppercase letters
may contain digits
may contain dashes (-)
may contain underscores (_)

When you create a group, the package and role identifiers that are generated will have a different format. External code that depends on these identifiers might have to be updated. When migrating from 8.2 to 8.3, existing identifiers will not change.
