Fixed autosaver crashing the bot after 5mins

This is a huge spaghetti code and I rewrote it AGAIN. I'm hoping this release will fix some issues, and only introduce a few bugs🥲.

Added reaction sync! Now a reaction made on one platform will appear on the other one. The only problem at the moment is Baileys don't report (at least in my case) removed reactions. So, on Discord you won't notice if a reaction is removed.

Now messages replies in discord won't appear buggy on the receiving end

Fixed not persisting settings and added the option to skip updates.
