Some files were missing in 3.0.0.

This version is a redrawing of most our Octicons. It addresses the following:

1. Better legibility at 16px
2. Consistency in line weight
3. Consistency in corner radii
4. Consistency in perspective
5. Addresses some open issues

Fix vector artifact and smooth curves in mark-github

• Adds two new icons: thumbsup and thumbsdown

• More terse css
• Prevent text-rendering: optimizeLegibility issues
• font-variant: normal to prevent small-caps issues

• Remove cursor: default; from icons to prevent breaking cursor behavior on <a> octicons.

• Add octicons.less

• Edit icon files to use quadratic beziers for smooth curves in the TTF, EOT, and WOFF

• Update the license to mention https://github.com/logos
