Confict Beta v0.5.0
A new beta release for testing! Get started with npx create-conflict-app.

Known bugs:
- Development server doesn't work, spawns multiple processes, and may crash
- Command registration ratelimiting is handled by discord.js, which means that some actions might take a while depending on the queue of requests
- Global ratelimits are not handled and may cause Conflict to crash
