Releasing of v.2.0.0. The code is still under active development, but sufficiently stable to motivate jumping above v0. We skip v1 since was initially used on PyPI and to avoid issues it is simplest to go above v1.

Minor update.

Validation of the forward model based on work done with @odstrcilt within OMFIT. A couple of small issues were corrected and the process of unstaging superstages was improved. A few error messages were also added for cases where a user requests a ADAS file that cannot be found, making error interpretation easier.

Inclusion of superstage modeling in AURORA's forward model. This can significantly speed up simulations of ion transport and offer a way to explore the superstage approximation for edge codes.

Other minor changes include modification of functions to get fractional abundances at ionization equilibrium.
