• Improved performance. The rendering should be much faster now.
• Added details page to list churned customers during a given period.
• Reimplemented churn rate calculation based on the new/renew flag of licenses (as returned by the Marketplace). Churn rate is still somewhat experimental and has to treated carefully.

• Customer tables are sortable now. You can click on any of the column headers to resort the table. Clicking again changes the sort order.

• Removed columns "Last sale" and "Next sale" from customer tables because they were showing incorrect data
• Added a page to display customer details and the tables of purchased licenses and of past trials. Tables "Customers" and "Trials" now link to this page.
