UI fixes

UI improvements

New UI!

• The controls are now fixed at the bottom of the screen and they contains equalizer, player ui and the settings button;
• Top panel containing the now played song. By clicking on it you can 'reveal' the selected artist's discography;
• Other UI changes;

Only handle play all visibility when it is enabled

Minor UI reviews

• Added a floating button to play all songs in device, and added a click
  feedback on artist (in artist panel) to play all its songs;
• Fix sliding panel freezes when, during its expansion, the view below is touched;
• Show explanation of the options by long clicking on them;
• Close settings when a song is selected;
• Use normal ripple when clicking on albums, artists and songs;

• Added Spanish translations (thanks to @uzluisf )
• Horizontally slide too long played song/album text in controls panel (long click on it);

Refactoring

• Changed permissions rationale dialog icon

• Removed a filter that prevented some artists with tag from being loaded
