Please note: If you're using the daemonset-style installation you'll need to update the daemonset to set the image tag specifically to point to the v3.1 image:

• Adapted the Kubernetes Network plumbing working group Network Object.
• Support network object, default cluster networking, ON-disk conf file, Support both think and thick plugins
• Support Conflist files – CNI chaining mechanism
• Support both the Comm-delimited and JSON list format network definition in the pod spec
• Support Network namespaces, provides mechanism for interface request, static IP and mac address
• Provide Network Attachment status in the Kubernetes API for the network telemetry information
• Mechanism for checking the Network plugin readiness
• Launch Multus as Kubernetes daemonset
• CNI Logging mechanism

Code refactored and bugs are fixed from v2.0
