Updated drmaa2os dependency to version 0.3.5.
That supports file input staging for Kubernetes jobs using ConfigMaps or Secrets.

Decoupled execution backends for:

  • reducing dependencies when not needed (especially Kubernetes library dependencies)
  • speeding up compilation
  • greatly reducing binary sizes in many cases

Removed Failed() from job (consider using !Success()). Changed to newer version of drmaa2os which
fixed an issue with reading stdin from a file. New example which pipes stdout to stdin via a file.
