Fixed bug #107, with icon._dialog being undefined.

Version 20 add appfolders blur, and may fix some issues regarding panel's blur artifacts hacks.

It is intended for Gnome 40, but the changes may be backported to gnome 3.36/3.38 later.

This release fixes some transgressions to Gnome Shell extensions guidelines, by removing unnecessary logging, and preventing the extension from creating the preferences object in init().

This is a special version, created in order to support a little more Gnome Shell 3.36/3.38.
It brings some improvements made for Gnome 40 to these Gnome releases, and will permit to ultimately support Pop_os! 21.04's Cosmic DE.

This release fixes the bugs introduced by version 15, when using multiple monitors with Dash to Panel

This release:

• adds a better support for Dash to Panel, notably when using static blur or with dash docked on left
• adds the support to change lockscreen blur intensity again, which did not work since gnome 40

This update fixed some bugs related to top panel not being updated after sleep, and paddings bugs for dash-to-dock.

This release seems to fix a bug related to multiple monitors for top panel, and bring back "no artefacts" option for dynamic blur.
It also brings an important internal change, which will later be used to blur applications.

This extension still suffers of #31, which will be resolved in next releases.

This is the last version that supports both 3.36 and 3.38
