A system for customizing messages was added and they can now be tweaked through messages/*.

Changes

All old Twitch APIs have been deprecated.
Many internal changes and improvements that hopefully should not change anything in how the bot is used.

Fixed

/mods and /vips IRC capabilities were deprecated by Twitch, so we've switched to using Twitch APIs instead for getting list of moderators and VIPs (#164).
