You'll see two new settings, both on by default:
Feel free to disable either feature, but together they help a lot with energy / cpu usage.
(until one of you change that!)

There was a report that there was a performance regression with this release. Haven't figured out what would have caused it yet, and trying to gather more info, but you've been warned!

"Dark wallpaper support"?
Look, i didn't know what to call it - you can see what i'm talking about here: https://github.com/jasonjmcghee/rem/pull/20
Oh I also added the feature to be able to jump to where data is stored: https://github.com/jasonjmcghee/rem/pull/18
And made it possible to disable cmd + scroll: https://github.com/jasonjmcghee/rem/pull/22

Still haven't figured out signing yet - anyone who knows how to get executables through hardened runtime, would love some help!
Still requires: xattr -c rem.app

I am officially an apple developer... but ffmpeg
can't just be called from path (afaict) and bundling it means signing it, and every time i try to sign it, it breaks the ffmpeg executable.
NOTE: requires running xattr -c rem.app
after dragging out of dmg
into /Applications
(or wherever)

Very likely has bugs, but seems to work.
Please feel free to log issues, open PRs, suggest features, fork, etc.
No promises about anything.
Everything as-is
