Give viewer container div a random id to allow multiple viewers to exist on the same page

The official forge typings are required by the component - these have been declared as a peer dependency

Upgrade library to Angular 8 and upgrade viewer to version 7

• Remove typings from component and add @types/forge-viewer (the official Autodesk forge viewer typings) as a dependancy

• Feature request: add additional typings to help with using DockinPanels.

Integration tests highlighted that some return types weren't defined so implicitly any - corrected by adding appropriate return type.

TODO: add integration build as part of the CI/CD pipeline to catch this earlier in the release process
