Adds a passthrough field for rawQuery terms into analytics.

Upgrade helm-chart version and set memory limits

Notes

Prod changes from the last release are twofold:

• Upgrade helm-chart version to account for k8 1.22 API deprecation
• Specify and update memory limits and requests to account for upcoming Kanopy inforced mandatory limits that will kill an app that exceeds them

USER ACTION REQUIRED:
Users are required to upgrade to web-app version 4.12.0 or later before our planned upgrade to k8s 1.22 to avoid deployment failures. User workloads that are still using an older web-app chart that makes calls to the deprecated ingress endpoints can be seen in this report.
