Support for the public release of Big Sur 11.0.1.

Changes

Shrunken installer size. Installations via a private Brew Cask now available. Signed and notarized.

Notes

This version and later will now be signed and notarized as required for macOS 11. The installer will automatically remove the signature for compatibility with older versions if needed. Because of all the pre-setup required now, direct .mailbundle downloads will no longer be provided on these GitHub release pages.

#3 add compatibility with Big Sur beta 4 (thanks @NetOperatorWibby)

Doing away with the tracker counter UI as I found it to be a bit misleading. Unknown spy pixel trackers will be instead be indicated as "probable trackers". Like before, these trackers will be blocked but this UI makes this easier to understand that they may be false positives.

Also included a generic description of what trackers do.
