ezplatform

Summary:

This release fixes some notable UI issues affecting 1.13LTS users such as author names being presented as id's, issues with session refresh when backend is temporarily down or undergoing micro maintenance, and it is our first release to have been undergoing automated testing with Varnish 6.0 (using varnish-modules 0.15).
