- Now use an id unrelated to the GNOME Foundation (please uninstall and reinstall if you had the 1.0)

First stable version of the app. The XML parser is quite bad but the app does look cool and can:
- read the start time from an XML file
- read all picture paths from an XML file
- read all durations from an XML file
- edit the start time
- edit durations (per picture or for all of them, concerning both static time and transition time)
- add/remove pictures
- save (or "save as") the result in a XML file
- set an XML file as wallpaper
