Bug fixes wrt end user error message generation

Added Habhub radiosonde landing prediction for DB4BIN.

Note: Keyword is still in test and ascent/descent/burst come with fixed values.

Bugfix: some Unix timestamps were accidentally converted to local time and not to UTC :-( Thanks to DB4BIN for reporting this bug.

Bugfix: error message was incorrectly sent as one single string rather than being split up into two APRS messages.

• Fixed beacon message content
• In case an invalid / unknown command has been received, APRS message now suggests to the user to have a look at this repo's documentation
• Fixed a bug which did not return U.S. states in their abbreviated versions (e.g. CA instead of California)
