Generic taskpoints have been implemented. This enables:
- FAI sectors, DAeC keyholes etc in the task
- Start- and finish circles instead of only lines

This is the first stand alone release of PySoar for Mac OS, Windows and Linux.
Current limitations:
- no AAT
- only circular turnpoints (beercans)
- no restart after 1st turnpoint
- no penalties for missing turnpoints -> outlanding
- only start line, no start circle
