Note: On some Linux platforms, specifically with window managers like i3wm and others without support for StatusNotifier, the system tray icon will no longer appears, so if Keybase is minimized, it must be restarted to display it again, though it is running in the background. Two workarounds (in official Keybase packages) are running /opt/keybase/Keybase and with systemd, systemctl --user restart keybase.gui). We're working on a better UX around this experience.

• Postinstall script included with Keybase created .config/keybase with root permissions, making it impossible to start Keybase. To fix this issue, run sudo chown -R $(whoami):$(whoami) $HOME/.config/keybase after updating.
• Does not affect systems without the Keybase-provided postinstall script (e.g., Arch community packages).

This is a bugfix release to fix an issue where the Keybase GUI would not start on Debian.

We do not believe this patch affects Ubuntu, Fedora, or Arch.
