v3 Beta Status update

This is probably the last v3 beta release. Things are looking really good as far as data integrity & sync is concerned. Since the last release, there have been almost 0 bug reports of sync getting stuck or data loss/corruption so I am quite confident that v3 is ready. However, just to be safe we'll expand our testers workforce to fix any remaining bugs & edge cases in a series of Release Candidate (RC) versions.

2. Sync push has been enabled – the core is now stable enough that sync push has been enabled. It's inconvenient but we don't want to take any risks with your data.
