This patch release fixes a bug when users attempted to use roles with hyphens in their names. This caused the hyphens to appear in the usernames for Snowflake, which does not support that character in usernames.

This is the initial release of the Snowflake DB secrets plugin. It should enable all features shown in the Combined DB Secrets Engine.

This includes support for static roles and root credential rotation.
