You can now send 'Q1337' to the bot and it will reply with the Wikidata Item. bcd79e5

The item cache now uses an useragent and entities have a time to live so they get updated after some time adca76c

When searching with a location you get a /Q1337 command instead of an url. This way you can stay within the telegram bot to inspect the item. b073d47
