What's new:

1. Fully supporting languages: Hebrew, Belarusian, Turkish, Simplified Chinese
2. Renamed the extension on Edge to: Auto HD for YouTube
   Note that I do not include an attachment to the Edge version of the release because the Chrome version can be installed in Edge; the separation exists merely for the sake of store listings, i.e. the Edge team only accepts the extension when it's named "Auto HD for YouTube"
