v3.1 preview build. Includes UI Guides preview:

• dart.previewFlutterUiGuides will enable the guides preview
• dart.previewFlutterUiGuidesCustomTracking will also enable custom tracking of document edits to reduce latency between edits and updated guides (lines will be rendered pink when generated by custom tracking, then replaced with grey once a Flutter Outline update arrives)

Note: You'll need to run Reload Window from the VS Code command palette after changing either of these settings.
