Updates

• Major (non-breaking) updates to the existing Blockquote component, adding new options for left, right or center alignments, border styles, indentation, logo and image handling, and improvements to overall design and themability. Huge shout out to @mikemai2awesome and @MattNagy for their awesome work on this!
  
• Updated the existing Headline component to now have the ability to apply ad-hoc fancy quotes via the new quoted parameter
  
• Updated / fixed the existing Icon component to now properly display either circle or square backgrounds -- just make sure to be using an xlarge icon size to see the new updates!
  

Housekeeping

• Added the new Page Header component (grabbed from the live site) for testing integration of several new in progress components -- currently just an unpublished stub but once the page header work eventually starts it'll replace this one
• Updated the Action Block component on the D8 example homepage w/ example usage of the Icon component's background option
• Updated the D8 homepage example to use the new quoted headline option
